Service Protocols Revision 16 (07/22/2008) Small and Medium Jobs are defined as small or medium designs, small or medium applications, small or medium content or layout editing, including all installations of small or medium premade packages of any type, as long as the overall work requests aren't considered above a medium job. These requests are prioritized by urgency, the chronological order in which they are received, and their size relative to other current requests. Small and medium jobs are eligible for Advertising Specials. Projects are defined as large designs, large applications, large content or layout editing, and any overall large work requests, including all installations of large premade packages of any type. Projects have an affordable one-time setup fee (unless paid for with a webmastering package, in which case setup fees are waived to $0), and are scheduled according to availability. Estimated project availability will always be posted on the proposal requests page (in the "Contact" section of the web site), so visitors can see when DragonFrugal.com expects to be available for work on new project-sized jobs (DragonFrugal.com is always available for small and medium job requests). Availability estimates are not guaranteed, and project-sized jobs are NOT eligible for Advertising Specials. Project setup fees are only applied once per new project-sized job (unless paid for with a webmastering package, in which case setup fees are waived to $0), and the setup fee is NOT included in the estimated costs. Project setup fees are NOT applied to small and medium jobs costs. Cost estimates may be used to determine up front cost and any applicable project setup fee. DragonFrugal.com can attempt to gauge the caliber of the work to match a budget you specify, and posts current hourly work logs at your online account so you will know exactly how much the next invoice will be. Due to the nature of this type of work and DragonFrugal.com's hourly rate billing structure only non-guaranteed estimates are available, so it is important to keep track of unpaid work hours at your online account or ask DragonFrugal.com to alert you if the project is in danger of going over any specified budget. Discounts are available on hourly rate labor costs and certain other services or packages, but discounts ARE NOT available on ANY fixed rate labor costs. Fixed rate labor costs are ALWAYS billed separately from discountable services or products. Customer service is Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm, U.S.A. Eastern Time, unless it is an emergency. In cases of emergency those emails, calls, or messages will be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible. Phone calls and instant messaging are free for new customer inquiries and proposal requests, while phone calls and instant messaging related to current work are billed at standard hourly work rates (applicable discounts for Advertising Specials are applied). Customer service by email and fax is free until it is an excessive amount. DragonFrugal.com reserves the right to determine when emails and faxes combined become excessive on a per-case, per-day basis, and to begin billing for the rest of that day's emails and faxes if the combined volume is considered to indeed be excessive. Refunds or partial refunds are honored for: 1. Credit from unused prepayments (a full refund is honored for this). 2. Significant amounts of editing work determined to be dysfunctional within 30 days after completion of the job (or you may have it fixed for free within those 30 days), if the customer did not insist upon DragonFrugal.com doing the editing work in a manner that DragonFrugal.com warned against. 3. Unwanted server-side application work (PHP scripting or otherwise) which the customer has not had access to the source code of, if the application appears comparably feasible for DragonFrugal.com to use in it's business activities, relative to the considered refund amount. The privacy policy of DragonFrugal.com is: 1. Unless specifically granted permission, customer contact information is never shared with third parties. 2. Unless specifically granted permission, private and personal web sites of customers are never shared with third parties. 3. If specifically requested by the customer, non-private commercial web sites are also never shared with third parties. Suspension or Denial of Services is reserved for the following scenarios and any other unforeseen scenarios, as allowed by the laws of the United States of America: 1. The customer has invoices that are overdue 10 or more days. 2. The customer has abused staff, services, or products (whether digital or physical) of DragonFrugal.com or any related third party provider. 3. Work requests associated with offensive, pornographic, or fraudulent material. 4. Work requests considered significantly unfeasible or unreasonable. DragonFrugal.com's service protocols may be revised at any time without notice, so please review them occasionally through the provided link at the bottom of any DragonFrugal.com main page.
